Auf der Terrasse des HKW präsentieren die Clubcommission und CTM Festival gemeinsam TRANSVERSE. Das Programm steht für eine offene, vernetzte, kollaborative und globale Musikkultur und bringt ein Spektrum künstlerischer Stimmen zusammen, die quer zu Ästhetiken, Identitäten und Diskursen verschiedene Soundkulturen und -Praktiken verbinden. Live- und DJ-Sets von Aquarian, Projekt Gestalten und Ziúr tauchen in die radikalen Ränder aktueller Clubmusiken; Nguyễn+Transitory erkunden Fragilität und Verbindung durch komplexe Synthmodulationen; die wirbelnden Klanglandschaften des Psychedelic Choir nutzen die transformative Kraft des Miteinanders, um klangliche Bedeutung zu formen, zu verwischen, und zu de/konstruieren. In einer Zeit, in der wir zugleich physisch getrennt und digital hyperverbunden sind, experimentieren Mark Fell und Rian Treanor gemeinsam mit dem Berliner Künstler und Tänzer Justin F. Kennedy mit neuen Formen translokaler Zusammenarbeit und musikalischer Strukturen.
TRANSVERSE lädt ein, gemeinsam einen Ausschnitt der facettenreichen Berliner Musik- und Clubkultur zu durchqueren, einander zuzuhören, sich gegenseitig zu inspirieren und zu unterstützen.

Respektiert zudem bitte unsere Verhaltensregeln: wir haben eine Null-Toleranz-Politik gegenüber Diskriminierung, Belästigung und Missbrauch jeglicher Form. Es wird ein Awareness-Team im Eingangs- und Ausgangsbereich sowie um die Hauptveranstaltungsfläche vor Ort sein, das bei Bedarf für euch da ist.. Auf der gesamten Fläche der Veranstaltung gilt die Pflicht zum Tragen der Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung. Nur beim Trinken, Rauchen und Essen dürft ihr die Maske absetzen. Dies geht nur wenn die 1,5 m Abstand gewährleistet ist. Bitte beschränkt Körperkontakt auf ein Minimum.
Sitzgelegenheiten sind markiert und so aufgestellt, dass ein Abstand von 1,5 Metern gesichert ist. Bitte lasst Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten an Ihren ursprünglichen Plätzen stehen.

Club Commission and CTM Festival present a range of artistic voices that connect across sonic cultures. Standing for an open, networked, collaborative, and global music culture, the event features sets by Berlin club voyagers Aquarian, Projekt Gestalten, and Ziúr; intricate synth explorations of fragility and connection by Nguyễn+Transitory; and the swirling soundscapes of the Psychedelic Choir, that use the transformative power of togetherness to shape, blur, de/construct sonic meaning. Live from remote locations, Mark Fell and Rian Treanor join forces with Berlin artist and dancer Justin F. Kennedy in a work that explores new forms of musical collaboration and structure at a time when our lives have become simultaneously physically disconnected yet digitally hyperconnected. By traversing a section of Berlin’s multifaceted music and club culture, we hope to come together to listen, enjoy, and support each other.

On October 3 2020, TAG DER CLUBKULTUR highlights and honors the diversity, vitality, and resilience of Berlin club culture through diverse showcases all across the city.
SAFETY AND AWARENESS
Please do not bring large bags or backpacks (dimensions no larger than an A4 standard sheet of paper) to this event. Respect our code of conduct: we have a ZERO tolerance towards discrimination, harassment, and abuse in any form. An awareness team wearing pink “Take Care of Each Other” t-shirts will be at the entrance/exit and around the main performance area, to respond to harassment or complaints.
COVID-19 HYGIENE MEASURES
We’d like to make sure that everyone present can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please be sure to respect the sensitivities of everyone around you, and to adhere to the hygiene measures described below, in solidarity against the COVID pandemic.Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Tickets are personalised and cannot be shared/exchanged. Your personal data will be stored for 30 days after the event and then destroyed in accordance with GDPR regulations.Please stay at home and consult your doctor if the following symptoms occur: fever, sore throat, cough, odour and taste disorders. Please understand that we are unable to admit you to the event if you exhibit these symptoms.Disinfectant will be provided at the entrance.You must wear a facemask the entire time when at the event. If you need to take your mask off, you may do so only when sitting at a table at the HKW restaurant on the ground floor. You may keep your mask off briefly when drinking, eating, or smoking, as long as you keep a 1.5 metre distance to other people. Please keep physical contact to a minimum.Restaurant seats are marked and positioned to ensure a distance of 1.5 metres. Please leave tables and seating in their original positions.
